We are constantly updating our procedures in response to the government’s advice and the General Osteopathic Council’s requirements. We are working hard to maintain a safe environment for our patients and staff. 
For patients who are at high risk or alternatively, do not yet feel comfortable with Face-To-Face Appointments, we do have Virtual Appointments available. 
What’s Changed? 
Upon booking your appointment, you will be asked a short series of Covid-19 screening questions. On arrival, you will also be asked a few quick questions about your health status. 
On arrival at Supersonic Fitness, you will have your temperature checked via the Temperature Screening facility. This is a non-contact assessment that provides a fast and accurate measurement, mitigating risks to patients, the public and staff members. 
Social distancing is in place inside Supersonic Fitness. 
Our practitioners now wear clinical grade masks and additional PPE during Face-To-Face Appointments. All patients are required to wear their own mask or face covering too. 
We are dedicating extra hygiene time between appointments to ensure rooms are fully sanitised and aired. All surfaces, equipment and handles will be cleaned between sessions. 
If clients do experience any Covid-19 symptoms, we ask that you change your appointment to a Virtual Session. 
We request contactless payments – this can be done by Booking Online or by using our contactless card machine. 
We want to ensure you have complete peace of mind before, after and during your appointment with us.
